1619: The Making of America

Virginia’s plans for 1619

Recently an article popped up on my twitter feed announcing “Another Anniversary Looms for Jamestown.”  The Virginia Gazette article lists the four critical events of 1619 and claims that the Jamestown-Yorktown Foundation “recently heard about” the impending anniversary.  Apparently the Gazette hasn’t heard about our exciting conference series!
